Preparing for Your Arrival
Appointment times are specially reserved for our guests in advance. We ask that you arrive ten minutes early for your service so you may enjoy the complete treatment and not inconvenience others.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We inform each guest of our Cancellation Policy and request that if you must cancel an appointment you do so with at least 24 hours notice of your arrival time. If we are unable to fill your appointment, we will charge up to the full amount of the service.
Charges will be applied against credit cards or gift certificates /series on file.
Children
We cannot allow children in the treatment rooms, or alone in the reception area. Please arrange for a sitter before your treatment.
(I have kids, I love kids. Its a danger to leave them alone, or to have them in the rooms while you are having a treatment)
Appointment Reminders
While it is the responsibility of each patron to remember their appointment, Alluna makes a good faith effort to do email and text reminders to each guest the day before their appointment reminding them of their scheduled visit.
Please hit C to confirm these appointments when you get the email.
Please be On-Time, If not early
Please plan accordingly. We request that guests show up at the Spa 10 to 15 minutes before their scheduled treatment, new clients need to complete intake questionnaires. Most days, the Spa is fully booked. We make every attempt to get all patrons into their treatments on-time that the guests coming after them may enjoy their treatment on-time.
If You Show-Up Late
and there is an appointment scheduled after yours, your treatment will be shortened by the equivalent amount of time you were late. If there is not sufficient time to conduct your treatment properly, your appointment will be deemed cancelled. In either case, you will be charged for full amount of the service.
Waiting List
If the spa is fully booked on a day that you wish to visit, please ask to be placed on our wait list so that we may call you should an appointment become available.
Spa Etiquette
Please be considerate of those receiving treatments and in waiting area. Turn cellular phones to silent mode while visiting our facility. If you must talk on your cell, Please do it outside as not to disturb other guests

We do not give refunds for Gift cards or services. Products returned within 2 weeks, can get a credit on your account
Expired Groupon? Here is our policy....
Expired deals
You may use your unused expired voucher toward any
“full priced” service in the spa. (not on product)
We do not give refunds on Groupon/Living Social.
Please contact the company you actually purchased it
from, as they are the ones that were paid.

expires, and an attempt to clear up any confusion
regarding our Groupon policies.
