Store Policy

Cancellations

Alluna requires 48 hours to cancel an appointment.  Same day cancellations will be charged up to the full amount of the service. 

 

Last minute cancels and no shows hurt the esthetician you book with.  We need 48 hours so that we can fill the the time slot.  We may ask for a deposit if you reschedule last minute

 

Online Booking

We require Credit Cards for ALL bookings.  Even if you have a gift card, or are on a series.  A card is required to hold the appointment.  We do not charge the card on file unless you no show or cancel last minute

Gift Card purchases

Gift cards purchased are for the service you have.  We can't swap out for a different treatment.   They have no cash value.  All Gift cards can be used at any Alluna location.

You must present your gift card (or printout of gift card) when paying for your service.   We can not look them up.  We need the GC number to redeem any and all future and past gift cards.  We changed systems in 2020.  Any deals purchased bedfore 2021, we have no record of and they cannot be used.  There are no refunds on Gift cards

Alluna does not offer refunds on any services. 

Products can be exchanged for credit within 2 weeks of purchase
