The Alluna Massage is a whole-body therapeutic massage that relaxes tight, sore muscles and creates a calming and balancing effect on the nervous system. We use a blend of classic Swedish massage techniques that uses broad, flowing strokes paired with muscular kneading as areas of tension are identified. We practice professional draping techniques throughout the entire massage and only expose areas that are being worked. We recommend booking our Alluna Steam Room prior to your massage to relax and warm up your muscles and for an even more relaxing experience. *Go into booking site for current pricing and different Types of Massage (Deep tissue/Prenatal etc)

Deep tissue takes the Swedish massage to a deeper level — literally! After adequately warming up muscle bundles with broad and superficial strokes, areas of tension are worked slowly, deeply and thoroughly. Deep tissue work is especially helpful for clients with chronic areas of muscle tension or spasms related to poor posture, over use, trauma or injury. Deep tissue massage can be uncomfortable, but should never be excruciatingly painful. We always check in with our guests in relation to pressure.

This specialized, luxurious massage uses smooth, water-heated basalt stones of different sizes that blend Swedish massage techniques with geothermal hydrotherapy for the ultimate in soft-tissue relief, relaxation, warmth and comfort. The radiating heat from the stones, along with the fluid movements of massage, allows the deep muscle layers to release easily. The only thing you’ll need to worry about is how to be alert enough to drive home!
