48 Hour Cancellation Policy
1. A 20% booking fee/deposit is required at the time of scheduling your appointment. This secures your spot and is applied toward your service. Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the deposit. This is a pending charge—a temporary hold on your card to confirm your booking and is applied towards your total when checking out.
If you cancel same day or don’t show up, the fee will be charged
2. All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a charge for the full service. (If you no-show or cancel at the last minute and we can’t fill the time slot), please call or text to cancel.

When you cancel last minute, We can’t fill the time slot and our estheticians do not get paid.
We are a small business and appreciate your understanding and support.
Charges will be applied against credit cards or gift certificates /series on file.
Appointment Reminders
While it is your responsibility to remember your appointment, Alluna Skin Care makes a good faith effort to do email and text reminders to each guest the day before their appointment. Please hit C to confirm these appointments when you receive the notification.
Arrive Early for Your Appointment
We request that guests arrive 10-15 minutes before their scheduled treatments. This allows time for new clients to complete intake questionnaires and ensures you’re relaxed and ready for your treatment. Most days, the spa is fully booked. We make every attempt to get all patrons into their treatments on-time that the guests coming after them may enjoy their treatment on-time.
Late Arrivals
If there is an appointment scheduled after yours, your treatment will be shortened by the equivalent amount of time you were late. If there is not sufficient time to conduct your treatment properly, your appointment will be deemed cancelled. In either case, you will be charged for full amount of the service.
Wait List
If the spa is fully booked on a day that you wish to visit, please ask to be placed on our wait list so that we may call you should an appointment become available.
Spa Etiquette
Please be considerate of those receiving treatments and in waiting area. Turn mobile phones to silent mode while visiting our facility. If you must take a call, please do it outside as not to disturb other guests. Please no headsets when in the treatment room
Children
We cannot allow children in the treatment rooms, or alone in the reception area. Please arrange for a sitter before your treatment.
(P.S. Our team members have kids. We love kids. It’s a danger to leave them alone, or to have them in the rooms while you are having a treatment)
Refunds
We do not give refunds for gift cards or services. Products may be returned within two weeks for a credit on your account.
You can use gift cards towards all regularly-priced products and services at either of our spa locations in Hanover and Canton. Card must be presented in print or on phone when redeeming in the spa. This card is treated as cash. We do not give refunds on gift cards, but they can be transferred. Please note, Gift cards cannot be used to pay for monthly specials or deeply discounted services. 48 hour cancellation policy applies.
Please keep your Gift Card in a safe place, or in your email. The staff at Alluna does not have access to look for proof of purchase, and we cannot redeem Gift Cards purchased in store without the actual Card. Cards purchased in store are treated as cash. We cannot look up a lost Gift Card.
